REFUND POLICY
Egyptian laws of consumer protection are implemented
Items must be unused, unwashed, and have its tags attached.
Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in its original packaging.
Items on Sale can only be replaced and not refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, it will be carefully inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange the item purchased, it must be unused, unwashed, have its tags attached, and it must be in its original packaging, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
